1.Introduction

Welcome to the SasaMicrofinance App. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our microfinance community management platform provided by us. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SasaMicrofinance, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must immediately stop using the app.

 7.Termination of Account

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by the use of SasaMicrofinance or its services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or third-party claims.

   These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
