Drivers, but only when a ride is accepted; they may see your name, masked phone number, and pickup/drop-off location for up to 48 hours after the trip.
Service Providers: payment processors, hosting and analytics partners, always under strict data protection agreements.
Relevant License Authorities (e.g., LATRA) when required by law.
Law Enforcement or Courts, when legally mandated or in urgent situations like safety threats.
Other SasaRide Group Entities or affiliates, under consistent privacy standards.

Access is limited to authorized personnel for service delivery and support only.

Active Accounts: Data is kept while your account is active.
Inactive Accounts: We may reach out after prolonged inactivity (e.g., 3 years) to confirm preference before deletion.
Transaction Records: Retained up to 3–7 years for accounting or compliance.

Performance Reviews: we generate driver reports and summaries, including performance ratings.
Safety & Trust: driver activity, reliability, and compliance data is monitored to ensure service quality. Drivers falling below required thresholds may receive warnings or temporary suspension.
