- Custom-Tailored Communities: Admins can create and manage specific communities based on the chosen category, including Finance, Store, Restaurant, Event, Shamba, or Others.
- Automated Contributions and Tracking: Community members can make contributions via the chat interface, and the system automatically updates the contribution ledger, visible to all members. This feature ensures transparency and accountability.
- Seamless Administration: Admins can share announcements, documents, and budgets effortlessly, eliminating the need for manual repetition.
Admins can also decide whether to set the community as private or public, allowing them to control the visibility and access of the community.
6. Types of Communities
- Finance Communities (VIKOBA): Admins can create contribution groups for savings and loan purposes. These groups enable users to track and contribute to communal funds seamlessly.
- Store Communities: Entrepreneurs can open digital shops where users can explore and buy products directly within the community.
- Restaurant Communities: Restaurant owners can list menus, receive orders, and manage customer interactions all within a designated group.
- Event Communities: Event organizers can sell tickets, share event details, and keep attendees informed through the group interface.
- Shamba Communities: Farmers can list their products, share availability, and receive orders directly from consumers, supporting local economies.
- Others: Custom communities can be created to serve any other purpose, based on the needs of the community.

Each MinApp within SasaChat comes with specialized functionality to support the selected community type. This modular approach ensures that users can interact with different services without leaving the app. Some key features of the MinApps include:
- Ride MinApp: Book rides and deliveries within the chat interface.
- Shops MinApp: Create digital storefronts for small businesses to manage products, customers, and sales seamlessly.
- Restaurants MinApp: Browse restaurant menus, place orders, and manage reservations directly within the app.
- Events MinApp: Purchase tickets, join event-specific chats, and stay informed about upcoming events.
- Delivery MinApp: Track deliveries and shipments in real-time, improving the user experience.
